I'm in the process of finishing up my next release and it's turning out nicely - this time it's a network tool although it's geared towards site operators instead of end users - it's a link checker. What the program does is scan your website and verify that everything links to everything else correctly, and that none of the links are broken - just good old style housekeeping. Anyway, it's gotten to the point I could use some more eyeballs on it, so if you operate a website then please
contact me and make sure to mention link checking in the subject line. It's important that you operate the site and will be able to tell if it's missing any pages or not processing some link properly, the larger the site the better as well. Thanks!

I've finally fallen off the non-releasing wagon and actually have something completely new for everyone! It's not exactly anything revolutionary, but it's cool and definitely can be handy in certain circumstances. It's called
Extension Changer and if you haven't guessed by the name, it's a tool to assist in renaming extensions. What does it offer beyond the normal rename? Well, it can be done on multiple directories and files, it has an undo feature, and you can import entire directory trees and remove the files you want to skip. If you've needed something like this, then you're probably thrilled - if you haven't, then check back in a week or two and see if my next release can excite you a bit more. :)
